Yes, all calls are handled with high privacy and call agent ensures extreme confidentiality of callers.

No, DFWAC guarantees that calls are not recorded at any stage.

Yes, DFWAC is non-profit organization.
4) Are services provided of UAE nationals only or for all Dubai residents?
Services are provided to all nationals and residents of Dubai and in case no service providers available at other Emirates, DFWAC do accommodate them.
5) Does DFWAC provide financial support (Rent, School fees, Health Care, help outside UAE)?
DFWAC does not provide financial support neither inside nor outside the UAE. However, collaborate with Charitable Organizations with this regard.
6) Consultation are restricted to women and children? Or men can also benefit from the consultation?
Consultation services are provided to women, children and men.
7) Does DFWAC provide advocacy services and collaborate with Dubai Courts?
Yes DFWAC provides free advocacy in collaboration with Legal Companies for those who proved to be financially weak.
8) Does DFWAC provides neutral areas for divorced parents to see their children?
DFWAC does not provide this service is not within the foundation core business.
9) Is DFWAC officially concerned with UNKNOWN PARENTAGE ?
No, DFWAC is not officially concerned with UNKNOWN PARENTAGE.
10) Does DFWAC provide community outreach programs, workshops?
Yes, community awareness is a core function of the foundation and can be accessed by calling the foundation or by request through website.
11) Do we need to take appointment to visit the foundation?
Yes, services provided based on appointments to ensure fair services to all, excluding emergency cases.
